No returns on new equipment.
All new equipment carries manufacturers warranty.
Warranty period is 3 months unless specified otherwise.
Industrial Sewing Machine is sole servicing dealer
during warranty period for new equipment purchased through us.
Customer pays all freight charges accrued on warranty
service.
Shipping charges are not refundable on any allowed
returns.
Reconditioned Equipment
7 day return period on reconditioned equipment sold
from stock.
No returns on reconditioned equipment sold on special order.
Shipping charges are not refundable on returns.
All reconditioned equipment carries 3 month warranty.
Warranty covers defects in parts and defects in workmanship only. Industrial Sewing
Machine reserves full determination of defect in equipment purchased through us.

Used equipment is intended only for sale to facilities or plants with own mechanic, or to
dealers, repair shops, etc.
Used equipment is sold as complete with essential parts.
Used equipment will require reconditioning or replacement parts to bring up to industry
standards.
Billing
Accounts with us have 30 day terms from date of
delivery on in-stock items.
Special order items and non-stock items must be prepaid.
Payments should be received within 30 days of delivery date. No balance will be allowed to
remain beyond the end of the calendar year.
Customers who have not opened an account with us must
prepay all purchases.
